Cheesy Sliders

Ingredients:

- 300 g (10.5 oz) ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- brioche burger buns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 80 g (2.8 oz) yellow cheddar
- 80 g (2.8 oz) mozzarella
sauce
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp relish
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Finely chop half an onion, add to a pan with minced beef and seasoning, then cook.
2. Shred mozzarella and yellow cheddar.
3. Cut the brioche buns in half.
4. In a bowl mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, and seasoning.
5. Layer the bottom buns, sauce, cooked beef mixture, and shredded cheese in a glass container.
6. Generously brush the top buns with melted butter.
7. Pop in the oven until the cheese melts and buns are golden.
