Terms & Conditions
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases from zyliss Switzerland at ch.zyliss.com.
The seller is
DK Household Brands AG
Eggbühlstrasse 28, 8050 Zürich
Switzerland
Company VAT number CHE-404.849.746
Contact:
contact.ch@dkhouseholdbrands.com
+41 43 266 15 00.
The contract applies to consumer orders placed through this Swiss storefront. If business-to-business sales are permitted, additional written conditions may apply.
2. Products and prices
Product images and descriptions aim to show the goods accurately, but minor variations in colour or packaging can occur. Essential characteristics, availability and any applicable guarantee are shown on the product page. Prices appear in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of mandatory taxes for the selected country, but exclude separately displayed shipping charges. Discounts and gift offers are subject to their stated terms.
3. Ordering and contract formation
Select items, check your basket and contact/address details, choose delivery and payment, and review the total before clicking the clearly labelled payment-obligation button. You can correct errors before submitting the order. We immediately send an electronic order acknowledgement. The contract is formed upon order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the payment fails or an obvious pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment collected for an unaccepted order.
4. Payment, delivery and risk
Available payment methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. We deliver only to accepted destinations shown at checkout, currently Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery charges and estimated times appear on our Delivery & Returns page. Contact us if goods have not arrived within a reasonable period. Risk and ownership provisions follow Swiss law and the confirmed fulfilment terms; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
5. Voluntary returns and order changes
Swiss law does not create a general automatic cooling-off right for ordinary online orders. We voluntarily offer the 14-day satisfaction return described in Delivery & Returns. Its period, condition requirements, return postage and refund of initial shipping are governed by the clearly published terms on that page. To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, contact customer service promptly. Cancellation may not be possible after order processing has begun.
6. Defects and statutory warranty claims
For defects, the Swiss Code of Obligations (in particular Arts. 197 ff.) and the agreed sales conditions apply. Please inspect items following delivery and notify us promptly after discovering a problem, ideally in writing with photographs and order information. Subject to the applicable rules and contractual terms, remedies may include rescission, price reduction, replacement or an agreed repair. The ordinary limitation period for claims relating to new consumer goods is generally two years (Art. 210 OR); the detailed scope and handling of individual remedies remain subject to Swiss law. Manufacturer guarantees are separate voluntary promises and do not replace non-waivable rights.
7. Manufacturer guarantees
Product-specific coverage, periods, parts, evidence requirements and exclusions are described on our Guarantee & Claims page and, where applicable, packaging or product information. The manufacturer guarantee does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund from the manufacturer. Claims against the seller under the sales contract are handled separately.
8. Customer service and personal data
For orders, enquiries and complaints contact contact.ch@dkhouseholdbrands.com. Personal data is used and shared as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Marketing communications follow the applicable permission and unsubscribe rules.
9. Liability and force majeure
We are responsible to the extent required by applicable Swiss law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intentional or grossly negligent conduct where such exclusion would be invalid. We will inform you about material delivery disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control and propose a fair resolution.
10. Law, courts and terms updates
Swiss law applies to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other non-waivable protections remain unaffected. The terms in force at the time of order govern that order, unless a valid later agreement is made.
